Join us for our next Dinner & Full Moon Howl Event starting off with dinner & music by Rich Ortiz at
Chefs, 411 State Route 94, Columbia, NJ 0783, and followed by a nighttime visit to the Preserve!

Buffet dinner including the following:
STARTER: garden salad of mixed greens, cucumber, peppers, red onion, carrots, grape tomatoes, with choice of dressing

ENTREES:
-shrimp scampi, sauteed in a butter garlic sauce
-lemon chicken, boneless skinless chicken breast, lightly pounded, pan sauteed with flour, and served in a light lemon sauce
-marinated and roasted beef eye round roast, served with horseradish cream, au Jus and herb butter
-signature sides including garlic red skin mashed potatoes, and a selection of seasonal sauteed and seasoned vegetables

DESSERT:
-fruit crisp a la mode, served with vanilla ice cream

DRINKS:
-soda/tea/water included. Cash bar for beer, wine, mixed drinks and featured specialty cocktails available.

Please Note:
-Lakota Wolf merchandise (shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, bags, etc) will be available onsite for cash only sales. Unfortunately, we’re not able to take credit cards onsite for this event, but are working to have this set-up for future dates!

-If you are unable to attend due to conflicts or tickets are unable, stay tuned…! We will be hosting more of these events throughout the season.

-We are limited to 34 seats, and this is an adults only (18+) event– strictly enforced due to safety. You will be required to show your email order as confirmation for entry, so please have it handy on your phone, or printed.

-As with our tours, we have a cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hrs of the event can apply their payment towards a tour or future event, but will not receive a refund. Cancellations made within less than 72 hrs of the event will not have the option to reschedule, or receive a refund. We hope everyone understands that this is a fundraising event, and having cancellations or no-shows takes away spots from other guests, and causes us to pay out of pocket for those tickets.

-If, when booking, you cannot enter the total number of people in your party, this means that the event is FULLY BOOKED. Please do not book partially, and show up with additional guests. We will unfortunately be unable to accommodate you.

-As with our tours, this event will be held rain or shine, so please plan accordingly. The preserve is outdoors without coverage, so proper clothing, and shoes for walking a short uphill distance on stone/natural terrain are necessary.

-Please note that as with our normal tours, guests will not be able to drive their own vehicles up to the preserve. You will be shuttled from Chef’s, to the preserve, and back.
